And we're using https://www.charitynavigator.org/ to check on which organizations use donations most efficiently. I will say that, as with anything, click into the different categories creating a score, because some of the "3 star" ones are being very efficient, but other things about the way the number is calculated push their score down.

Thank you for this excellent article, and for including hockey! Basketball has led the way in working for social justice but soccer and especially hockey have a long way to go. Cheers to these women who are setting such excellent examples!

My 18-year-old daughter and I watched this great documentary called “13th” on Netflix, covering the racial injustice with our criminal system. Made in 2016 but relevant now more than ever. https://www.netflix.com/title/80091741
