Lindsay, I've been there with life turning upside-down being the point person for dealing with your Mom's health issues and affairs and trying to maintain your sanity, health, newsletter and work (...and, yes, having to play the 1/2 court girls basketball as a kid when the belief was that as a girl or woman you couldn't have a full court life!). 3 tips I learned: 1. your physical and mental health are the most important to maintain. 2. It's very helpful to have tools which can drop you into a short, but deep, state of relaxation — and to use them several times a day if you need to. Even one minute helps! 3. Write short at times like these. You may not be able to finish longer pieces — but you often can write some good short pieces that are very helpful...and you will feel better and better with a sense of accomplishment.

And, finally, I am so glad you wrote this piece on Tara and to really shine the light on her work and how she is creating change through action to develop and bring more highly-talented women into coaching. Have as good and as relaxing a holiday in your new place as you can muster during this crazy time!

Are there levels of having one's mouth agape? I need multiple levels to describe my reaction to reading those screenshots from the Albuquerque Journal. Great find!

Here's to a restful and rejuvenating break Lindsay!
