There's a lot of talk about a merger in tennis, and I have some concerns.
This has got me worried for all the same reasons.
So, I want to see:
*40/40/20 quotas across the organisation. Board, leadership all employees through the organisation right down to the ball kids.
*Male and female co-chairs on the board.
*Equal prize money in all tournaments, not just grand slams.
*Gag orders on all men, especially players, who have an opinion remotely approaching 'women aren't equal'
*Employ a third party (who specialises in gender equality) to manage the merger
That'll do for now.
